Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement:
Client Engagement (Pre-sales to Implementation) :
Engage with clients during different stages of engagement, including pre-sales, providing expertise in banking technology transformation .
Offer guidance on functional requirements and help in functional component selection and implementation .
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) , providing insights on banking functionalities, technology, and implementation strategies .
Product Development:
Collaboration with Product Teams :
Work closely with product teams to design and enhance fintech products and services .
Ensure that the products meet regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards .
Stay updated on regulatory changes in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and fintech sectors , and ensure products remain compliant.
Identify areas of innovation and improvement in product offerings.
Other Responsibilities:
Training and Mentorship : Provide training to internal teams on banking-specific knowledge and industry trends.
Problem Solving :
Anticipate problems related to project objectives and analyze complex scenarios.
Generate solutions independently, based on analytical skills and business knowledge .
Challenge existing procedures to enhance processes or develop complementary solutions.
Experience Requirements:
10+ years of experience in developing and implementing software products for the Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Fintech sectors .
Core Banking Platforms : Extensive experience with core banking platforms and knowledge of their integration with digital banking platforms , payment systems , and regulatory reporting .
Proven experience working in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role, with a focus on banking technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations , fintech innovations , and industry best practices .

Communication & Presentation Skills : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Core Banking Platform Proficiency : Proficiency in at least one of the leading core banking platforms commonly implemented in the USA (such as Finastra, Temenos, or other similar platforms).
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience in Regulatory Compliance : Knowledge of banking regulations and how they apply to product development in the BFSI and fintech sectors .
Fintech Innovations : Ability to innovate and introduce new features in digital banking, payments, and financial services solutions.
