• . NET Development : Strong hands-on experience with C# , ASP. NET , MVC , and related technologies. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting . NET-based applications.
• Microsoft SQL Server : Solid experience with SQL Server , including writing basic queries , creating Stored Procedures , and managing databases.
• Software Development : Expertise in WCF and RESTful services, along with proficiency in XSL and XSLT for transformation tasks.
• Industry Best Practices : Good knowledge of best industry coding standards and guidelines to ensure high-quality code.
• Agile Methodologies : Experience working with Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA Agile and Confluence .
• Version Control : Familiarity with Source Control systems such as Bitbucket/Git for collaborative development.
• Unit Testing : Experience with Unit Test Automation to ensure the quality and robustness of the developed software.
• CI/CD : Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for smooth delivery processes.
• Team Collaboration : Strong experience in working with cross-functional teams (onsite + offshore) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Cloud Services : Familiarity with AWS for cloud-based application development and deployment.
• Domain Knowledge : Experience in Financial Domain and working with Payment Gateways .
• DevOps Tools : Experience with tools like Harness or Jenkins for automated deployments and continuous integration.
• Leadership : Ability to work as a team player and potentially take a leadership role in supporting project delivery processes.

• Overall Experience : 6-8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft technologies .
• Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience in . NET framework , C# , ASP. NET , SQL Server , WCF , and RESTful services .
• Project Experience : Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and leading project deliverables in an agile environment.

• Software Development : Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C# , ASP. NET , and related technologies.
• Database Management : Work with SQL Server to create and optimize queries and Stored Procedures for efficient data management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onsite and offshore) to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality.
• Code Quality : Ensure adherence to industry coding standards , perform unit testing , and manage CI/CD processes.
