Lead II - Software Engineering - Java

Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.

Outcomes:

1. Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

  8+ to 12 years of relevant experience on JAVA J2EE, Distributed Database, Kafka with solid hands-on multi-threading, functional programming etc. Experience working on large scale distributed system. A strong understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem Solving Good debugging and problem-solving capability Strong knowledge of SDLC best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, CI/CD, testing, and operations Strong Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, Hands on experience in J2EE Technologies, Cloud technologies and microservices. An Engineering Degree - B. E/BTech/MTech/MS in any stream - Computer Science preferred. Additional Qualifications: Large scale distributed systems experience, including scalability and fault tolerance. Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools. Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms Exposure to information retrieval, statistics, and machine learning. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
