Lead II - Software Engineering

Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.

Outcomes:

1. Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
2. Code debug test document and communicate product component and feature development stages.
3. Validate results with user representatives integrating and commissions the overall solution.
4. Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts

  Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React. js, Redux, and Material UI. Implement backend services using Node. js and manage databases with MySQL. Write and execute unit tests using TDD frameworks such as Jest or Mocha. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Work closely with different stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software. Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and provide constructive feedback to team members. Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab for automated deployment and testing. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments on AWS and manage cloud-based services. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner. Primary Skills (Mandatory): Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. Extensive experience with React. js, Redux, and Material UI. Backend development experience with Node. js. Familiarity with TDD frameworks like Jest or Mocha. Proficiency with MySQL for database management. Secondary Skills: Experience with Loopback. js or other Node. js frameworks.
