Role: Assistant Manager/Manager-Process Excellence (PE) and Quality Audit (QA)
The Company runs a large-scale operation with complexities around processes, multiple systems, and touch points to deliver to the customer. The operations are highly people-dependent, process-focused, and significantly interdependent through multiple touch points and systems.
After two years of operations and learning, the company intends to have a Process Excellence and Quality team to bring in culture of Quality and First Time Right(FTR) in all the actions. This will require a structured approach with specific focus on Process design and solutioning, Process documentation, Learning and Development, Creating process champions using quality tools like Six Sigma, Kaizen etc., and perform quality audit on real-time basis.
The company is looking for a Assistant Manager, to work in this vertical.
key responsibilities include
The objective is to work with manager to deliver consistent and high-quality service to customers across the various towers i.e -P2P, RTR, OTC, FP&A & Taxation: with Consistent, Reliable Standards.
The envisaged role would broadly cover the following areas.
