AM/ DM - Operation Excellence || Faridabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot issues in the production line, including resolving defects and process deviations.
• Ensure the production line achieves the required Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while minimizing the rejection rate.
• Optimize manpower utilization for enhanced productivity and cost efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qual- B.E/B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical.
• Exp - Atleast 6 Yrs Exp
• Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, including time study, motion study, and standardization.
• Proven experience in process improvement and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze data and recommend corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production setup is preferred.
