We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager - Credit Cards to lead and drive sales growth in the credit card domain.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales and managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
- Design and execute strategies to achieve and exceed credit card sales targets.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance channel performance.
Channel Sales Management:
- Manage and optimize channel sales operations to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs to ensure alignment with company goals.
Partnership Collaboration:
- Collaborate with banking and financial partners to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between financial institutions and sales channels for seamless operations.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare detailed sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the credit card industry, focusing on sales and channel management.
- Proven expertise in managing DSAs and driving their performance.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of credit card products, sales cycles, and financial operations.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
