Role Overview:
- The Growth Manager will design and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention for BHIVE's diverse offerings, such as coworking spaces, managed offices, day passes, meeting rooms, BHIVE Cafe, and lounge.
- This role leverages data-driven insights and innovative growth techniques, collaborating across functions to align strategies with business objectives.
- The position is performance-focused, aiming to optimize customer engagement and maximize revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth Initiatives:
- Develop targeted strategies to boost revenue, emphasizing daily sales of day passes, meeting room bookings, and bulk offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within BHIVE's product portfolio.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Design and execute acquisition campaigns, promotions, and referral programs to expand the customer base.
- Build retention programs to enhance loyalty, engagement, and repeat business.
Growth Hacking & Innovation:
- Utilize growth hacking techniques to explore new channels, partnerships, or campaigns.
- Test customer acquisition channels such as digital marketing, partnerships, and events for scalability.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze customer data, usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Set, monitor, and report KPIs like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and product usage rates.
Partnership Development:
- Cultivate partnerships with complementary brands to expand BHIVE's reach and offerings.
- Negotiate terms and manage long-term partner relationships.
Collaborative Strategy Execution:
- Align growth strategies with product roadmaps, brand objectives, and operational capabilities.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on customer acquisition and smooth handoffs between efforts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth across offerings like day passes and meeting rooms.
- Efficient customer acquisition and reduced CAC.
- Retention rates and participation in loyalty programs.
- Increased usage rates for coworking spaces and other services.
- Revenue and customer acquisition from partnerships and referral channels.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in growth management, preferably in service-based industries like coworking, hospitality, or health and wellness.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and customer growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Familiarity with growth hacking tools, customer segmentation, and data analysis techniques.
