Role: AVP- Investor Relations and Partnerships

Role Summary:

Overview: BHIVE Workspace is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Co-Founder's Office to lead investor relations and manage IPO specific initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving BHIVE's growth by securing institutional funding, managing investor relations, and ensuring smooth execution of financing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong investor relationships, deal structuring expertise, and experience managing due diligence processes. Closely working with the leadership team on pre-IPO readiness, ensuring alignment with SEBI and other regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Structuring:

- Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan for both debt and equity, including potential conversions of current debt to structured instruments.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional investors, family offices, and investment banks to support BHIVE's long-term financial strategy.

- Lead negotiations on deal structuring, including term sheets, debt refinancing, and capital structuring for optimal financial efficiency.

- Work closely with the finance team to optimize debt structures and improve cost efficiency.

Investor Relations & Due Diligence:

- Manage investor engagement, ensuring clear communication and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Oversee due diligence processes for potential investors, coordinating with finance, legal, and compliance teams.

- Maintain relationships with investment bankers, wealth managers, PE/VC firms, and public market investors to ensure continued access to capital.

- Ensure seamless post-fundraising investor reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

IPO Readiness & Compliance:

- Work with the leadership team on pre-IPO fundraising and readiness, ensuring alignment with SEBI and other regulatory frameworks.

- Support IPO-related activities, including banker selection, roadshows, and investor presentations.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure deal structuring aligns with market regulations.

Financial & Marketing Collaboration:

- Work with finance and marketing teams to create compelling investment decks, financial models, and market positioning materials.

- Provide key financial insights and market intelligence to guide decision-making in fundraising efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance would be an added bonus but is not essential

Experience: 10-12 years of experience in institutional fundraising and investor relations with a proven track record.

Skills:

- 10-12 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, wealth management, or institutional finance.

- Strong track record in equity and debt fundraising with funds, family offices, and investment banks.

- Prior experience at a boutique investment bank, PE/VC firm, or wealth management firm is a plus.

- Expertise in deal structuring, financial instruments (CCDs, debt refinancing, etc.), and capital markets.

- Strong network in the institutional investor and investment banking ecosystem.

- Experience in managing due diligence, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting.

- Prior experience with pre-IPO fundraising and SEBI regulations is an added advantage.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
