Role:
As the Growth Manager, you will drive the traffic and engagement strategies for the Scapia app, overseeing the end-to-end merchandising efforts to create an engaging user experience. You will ideate and collaborate closely with creative, category, and marketing teams to plan and implement engaging and relevant content across the homepage and other key sections of the app.
Key Responsibilities:
Homepage management:
- Collaborate with category teams to explore and implement new and topical merchandising themes, ensuring the homepage remains engaging and relevant.
- Personalization: Work closely with creative and category teams to deliver a personalized homepage experience tailored to different Scapia user cohorts.
Launches and Campaigns:
- Ideate and execute sale events, product launches to boost awareness of launches, traffic and drive GMV of business categories.
- Lead end to end planning and execution of sale events, topical campaigns, and in-app promotions.
Team Leadership and Operations:
- Scale merchandising efforts by creating a centralized operational framework across all app pages.
- Lead a team of Merchandising Executives to drive execution, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Merchandising Calendar Planning:
- Coordinate with marketing, category, and product marketing teams to maintain a comprehensive monthly merchandising calendar across cohorts.
Merchandising Performance Analysis:
- Develop a centralized reporting framework to track traffic, engagement, and merchandising performance.
- Use these insights to optimise future campaigns and improve in-app engagement
Who you are:
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience working in B2C marketing roles or with marketing stakeholders.
- You are comfortable being hands-on and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- You possess strong communication skills and have experience managing stakeholders effectively.
- Preferably, you have experience leading a team.
- A solid understanding of key metrics and data analysis is a plus.
