Front Desk Officer cum Admin Assistant (Contractual)

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Register and assist visitors and maintain their entries through VMS system
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Administrative duties such as attending visitors, phone calls and forwarding incoming phone calls promptly, courier services, mails processing, distribution of parcels and activities logs and records
• Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries
• Manage the travel desk and maintain and verify travel records and expenses of employees.
• Responsible for ordering, managing office supplies and for maintaining inventory
• Responsible for supervising and updating office staff regarding procedures, policies, or any update
• Responsible for organizing conference/meeting rooms
• Responsible for arranging business tours for the employees and for making reservations for them
• Responsible for compiling the data, statistics, and other information to maintain various admin MIS
