Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our growing team
- As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed upon
- You will help the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity, continually improve their practices, and increase their productivity
Responsibilities:
- Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel or resources to help the team.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
