React Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software in distributed systems.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technology teams and internal end-users to deliver solutions supporting various trade businesses.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and high availability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Translate design mock-ups into high-quality web applications with user interactions.
• Maintain attention to detail while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Mentor and guide team members in the right direction.
• Hands-on role with active coding responsibilities.

Required Skill-set

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Technical Skills:

• React.js: High proficiency with advanced knowledge.
• JavaScript & JavaScript Frameworks: Expert-level skills.
• HTML5 & CSS3: High proficiency in building responsive and modern designs.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with server-side programming (Node.js or similar technologies).
• Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL.
• Up-to-date with cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with building stateless, SaaS/SOA, and scalable applications/platforms.

Development Practices:

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Domain-Driven Development (DDD), and associated testing frameworks for UI/UX.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git/Git-flow).
