Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Mobile/Web Development - Java)

Location: Bangalore

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of experience in Mobile/Web Development. The ideal candidate will lead complex software projects, working closely with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. You should have hands-on experience in transitioning teams to JIRA and be proficient in requirements management, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile/web applications on Java platforms.
• Define and manage the product roadmap and strategy.
• Collaborate across engineering, product management, QA, and operations teams.
• Implement and optimize processes in JIRA for program execution.
• Oversee release schedules, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior program managers and manage the transition to modern tools.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in program management, with 7+ years working with engineering teams and 5+ years in technical program management.
• Experience in Java-based development, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and JIRA setup.
• Strong communication skills and proven leadership in managing complex projects.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Java stack, Nodejs, react , and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and handling rapidly changing requirements.
