AEM Developer - OSGI (5-7 yrs)

Manage the development workload across a team of AEM developers, onshore and offshore.

Skills :

- 5+ Years of experience with the full cycle of AEM implementations using version 6.

- 3+ (AEM component development, Asset workflow development, Schedulers, Metadata & Tag Management plus integrating AEM with other applications).

- 3+ Years of experience with AEM touch UI/modern components.

- 1+ Years of experience in Experience in Adobe Managed Services to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

- 2+ years of experience using Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) integrating with Adobe Sites and enterprise asset management solutions.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of high-quality digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

You will lead and mentor a team of AEM developers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex AEM projects.

Key Responsibilities :

AEM Development & Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement AEM solutions, including components, templates, dialogs, workflows, models, and services.

- Develop and maintain OSGi services for custom functionalities.

- Optimize AEM performance by configuring dispatcher caching behavior.

- Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of AEM solutions.

Team Leadership & Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of AEM developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Manage the development workload across onshore and offshore teams.

- Guide team members in best practices for AEM development and troubleshooting.

AEM Architecture & Integration :

- Integrate AEM with other applications and systems (e. , CRM, DAM, analytics platforms).

- Ensure AEM solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.

Technical Expertise :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance AEM development processes.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the full cycle of AEM implementations (version 6. 3+).

- 3+ years of experience with AEM Touch UI/Modern Components.

- 1+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

- 2+ years of experience integrating AEM with Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and enterprise asset management solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Strong Java and JCR-API knowledge.

- Experience with Sling Models, OSGi, and AEM workflows.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience with version control systems (e., Git).

- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
