Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), to join our team in Bangalore. In this Lead Role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting solutions, assisting the team in troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the successful implementation of cloud-based AEM components and services. You will also be involved in integrating AEM with external services, improving performance and content delivery, and working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of AEM solutions based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure they align with the architecture for cloud-based AEM implementations.

- Create high-level solution designs and ensure they follow best practices for cloud-based architecture and AEMaaCS implementations.

- Develop and implement AEMaaCS components, templates, dialogs, workflows, servlets, and services using best practices and optimized for cloud-based environments.

- Configure and customize AEMaaCS components to meet client-specific requirements.

- Implement content management workflows, including integration with Adobe AEM components and services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEMaaCS builds, deployments, and functionality.

- Work closely with DevOps and other technical teams to ensure successful deployments and smooth functionality of AEM solutions.

- Assist team members in resolving complex technical challenges related to the AEM implementation.

- Manage the AEMaaCS build and deployment process, ensuring smooth and efficient builds and production deployments.

- Collaborate with teams to handle integrations, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, and monitor the status of deployments.

- Integrate AEM with external services such as authentication mechanisms, third-party platforms, and services using RESTful APIs and OSGi services.

- Develop custom connectors and integrations between AEM and third-party systems to enhance functionality and ensure seamless data flow.

- Implement caching strategies to optimize performance and ensure rapid content delivery, especially for

cloud-based content.

- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure CDN integrations and optimize content delivery mechanisms across multiple platforms.

- Proactively monitor the performance of AEMaaCS systems and make necessary adjustments to improve response time and scalability.

Experience :

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), especially AEMaaCS (AEM as a Cloud Service).

- Proven experience in designing and architecting cloud-based solutions in AEM.

- Strong background in working with AEM components, templates, workflows, servlets, and services.

Technical Expertise :

- Deep knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including cloud manager configurations, customizations, and deploying cloud-based solutions.

- Strong proficiency in Java and working knowledge of Java Content Repository (JCR), Apache Sling, and OSGi.

- Experience in working with RESTful APIs, OSGi services, and integrating AEM with external services.

- Familiarity with caching strategies and CDN integrations to optimize the performance of cloud-based content delivery.

- Experience in version control using Git and working with code management tasks like rebase, merge, and squash.
