AEM Developer - Java Programming (2-5 yrs)

Job Description : AEM Developer

2-5 years' experience with AEM 6.5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.

Location : Bangalore

Employment : Contract (3-6 months)

- About the technologies used in AEM

- Understanding and developing OSGi / Apache Jackrabbit Oak / Apache Sling model

- Understanding Java unit test frameworks, and the ability to write unit tests during development

- About AEM deployment / infrastructure environment

- Understanding and changing AEM infrastructure configuration and CDN (Akamai / Fastly / Cloudfront, etc.) settings

- Understanding AEM deployment flow, and the ability to change cloud manager settings

- About development on AEM

- Design and development of AEM templates

-Design and development of AEM components

- AEM workflow design and development: creating custom workflows, customizing site construction

- Implementing custom functions on AEM, customizing permission management items, etc.

About AEM operation and management :

- AEM performance tuning : optimizing rendering speed, adjusting cache settings

- AEM troubleshooting : analyzing error logs, identifying problems, and implementing fixes

- (AEM project management : Progress management, resource coordination, quality control)

- Hands on development building enterprise applications using AEM 6.5 this will include developing templates, and components

- Hands on AEM 6.5 sites configuration and set-up

- Fine tuning AEM 6.5 site performance and responsiveness
