Experience: 9+ years

- Prepare and manage project plans , resource plans , and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and address project risks.
- Utilize tools like JIRA , Confluence , Wiki , Excel , and PowerPoint for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Drive and implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
- Experience in project management and preparing project/resource plans.
- Proficiency in tools such as:

- Confluence
- Wiki
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Strong experience with Scrum/Agile frameworks .
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with Oracle Retail Modules .
