Location : Chennai ( Work from Office)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

• HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company objectives and regulatory compliance

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including onboarding, orientation, training, performance management, and exits

• HR Systems and Processes: Managing HR systems, databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of employee information, benefits, attendance, and performance evaluations

• Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all HR-related activities and maintaining records for audits

• Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, and addressing employee inquiries about benefits

• Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR teams and management

• HR Reporting and Analytics: Generating HR reports, analyzing HR data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes

Skills and Qualifications:

• HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations
• Administration Skills: Proficiency in HR software, databases, and systems for managing employee data and processes
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance
