Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Identify and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Interviewing: Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Offer Negotiation: Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation and benefits packages.
• Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
