Sr IT Recruiter

Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
   
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions across various technologies and levels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels like job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
2. Client and Stakeholder Management:
   
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely communication and seamless coordination with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
3. Candidate Experience:
   
• Maintain a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
4. Market Research:
   
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the IT recruitment space.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking and leveraging industry insights.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
   
• Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
