Role Summary:
The Head of Outbound Sales and Partnerships will lead the development and execution of comprehensive outbound sales and partnership strategies, focusing on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and key accounts. This role involves managing a multi-layered sales team, driving merchant acquisition, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for SMEs and key accounts.
- Lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Identify business opportunities, optimize coverage across regions, and drive growth through data-driven decisions.
Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain strategic partner relationships, ensuring smooth payment gateway integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with business goals.
Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Oversee outbound merchant acquisition and integration processes.
- Optimize sales funnels for increased volume growth.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and align team members with business goals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
- Address operational and compliance challenges, ensuring innovative solutions and adherence to regulations.
