Job Description
- Own the business funnel, proactively monitoring and problem solving for CTR and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with internals teams and partners to proactively identify and resolve tech issues in the customer journey
- Work in cross-functional projects to onboard new partners in the Life Insurance business onto the PhonePe platform
- Own the charter for policy renewals and premium payment persistency, working with internal teams and partners
- Lead key initiatives in customer experience, including but not limited to Application Servicing, Claims, Endorsements and Customer Escalations
- Self-starter with a high bias for action
- Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact
- Ability to independently define execution path, account for external dependencies and prioritize across multiple conflicting tasks / issues and plan for timelines
- Holistic approach to understanding problem statements
- Openness of thought to understand to facilitate creative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions
- Curiosity and keen learning agility
