Job Objective:

The role will entail developing in-depth understanding of Logistics of different industry verticals - F&B, Hospitality, FMCG, FMCD, Healthcare, Wellness, Lifestyle, etc. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end logistical network creation and management and tracking the metrics to improve business performance. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to strategies to overcome challenges in the above-mentioned Categories.

The role will be reporting into the City Lead Logistics for Pincode

Responsibilities:

1. New partnership with third party logistics partners for hyperlocal deliveries including agreement closure and rate negotiation

2. Instrumental in getting the product built to support logistics via third party service providers bringing efficiency w.r.t. delivery time and cost

3. Regular planning with the partners ensuring rider availability to increase fill rates

4. Creating the right algorithm for performance assessment of the logistics partners

5. Solving real time issues for the cross functional teams w.r.t. logistics and solutioning the same to avoid further occurrence of such issues

6. Ensuring smooth function of the operations considering right sellers and buyers experience

Requirements:

MBA from Tier 2/3 campus with good academic record is Preferred
Proven working experience of 1-3 years in Logistics and Fleet Operations
Exposure to the start up environment is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact.
Strong ethics and discretion when dealing with customers.
Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics.
Should have handled team and processes like goal setting, performance management
