Procurement Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source materials from vendors, negotiate prices, and manage vendor relationships.
  
• Coordinate with project teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  
• Manage import purchase processes, including documentation and customs clearance.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in EPC projects (Oil & Gas) or similar industries.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Electrical, Instrumentation).
  
• Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies and project procurement practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
