Job Title Executive - HR Operations

Job Location Lagos, Nigeria!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Leave Management System of the organization
• Responsible for completing the Leave Management Audit without any observations and errors and resolving all the queries & grievances pertaining to the Leave Management
• Responsible to attend all kinds of leave requests within the TAT.
• Responsible for providing Separations approvals and final Leave Calculations to the C&B Team on timely basis
• Responsible for publishing Daily Pulse on Leave Management
• Responsible for publication of POB (Person- On-Board) Report, BI Dashboard Report on every weekly basis
• Responsible to update Leave Pattern in HRMS (Member Connect) tool
• Responsible for Online On-boarding of New Joining Members
• Responsible for ensuring 100% data accuracy in the profile of new joining members prior to profile activation in HRMS Tool.
• Responsible for ensuring the completion of annual leave audits within the specified times,

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources

Experience: 5 - 11

Functional Skills

• Knowledge of maintaining the Leave Management System (previous experience).
• Experience in Grievance Redressal
• Experience in HRMS software.
• Proficient in Ms Excel, Word and Powerpoint
