Executive- Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely dispatch of hardware order requests.
• Verify and confirm payment receipt for corresponding order requests.
• Follow up with clients for payment details in case of non-payment and coordinate with the accounts team to process the order.
• Share order details with the accounts team for invoicing.
• Provide necessary information for generating e-way bills, if required.
• Supervise packing and labeling to ensure products are ready for shipment.
• Share dispatch details, including tracking information, with the sales owner or point of contact (POC).
• Track the delivery status of dispatched devices and escalate issues with the logistics partner in case of delays or non-delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm receipt of the product.
• Activate the service and create login dashboards for corresponding products after delivery.
• Notify the Installation and Training (I&T) Team to schedule installation and training sessions post-delivery.
• Coordinate with the support team for the dispatch of replacement devices for faulty products.
• Ensure faulty devices are returned to the office for assessment or repair.

Additional Qualification and Skills:

• Proficiency of using MS Office Tools such as MS Excel, MS Word.
• Preferably having a background of Customer support or Integration.
