Job Description
IAM Engineer Location Delhi Work Experience 5-10 years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT security.
Strong expertise in IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, privileged access management (PAM), and role-based access control (RBAC).
Experience in cloud security (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM).
Familiarity with security compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC2).
Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture, CIAM, and AI-driven security is a plus. Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are preferred. Responsibilities IAM Implementation & Management Design and configure IAM solutions to control access across enterprise systems.
Authentication & Authorization Implement SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Just-in-Time (JIT) access controls.
User Identity Lifecycle Management Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
Privileged Access Management (PAM) Secure admin and privileged accounts to prevent breaches.
Cloud IAM & Security Manage cloud identity services (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM).
Threat Detection & Compliance Monitor IAM logs, detect anomalies, and ensure compliance with security regulations.
API & Directory Integration Integrate IAM systems with LDAP, Active Directory, and cloud applications.
Incident Response & Risk Mitigation Investigate IAM-related security incidents and implement remediation strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration Work with IT, security, and compliance teams to enforce best practices.
Adoption of Emerging Technologies Stay updated on Zero Trust, AI-driven IAM, and blockchain-based identity solutions.
