Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support for applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor the performance of applications, ensuring they are up and running efficiently.
- Respond to and resolve user-reported issues promptly, escalating problems to relevant teams when necessary.
- Assist in system configuration, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to identify system requirements and issues, providing solutions as needed.
- Document and maintain application issues, workarounds, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Test and validate new software releases, ensuring they meet the organization s requirements.
- Perform routine system maintenance and ensure applications are running according to best practices.
- Troubleshoot application errors and provide support to both technical and non-technical end users.
- Coordinate and participate in application deployment processes, including patches, upgrades, and new feature releases.
- Provide training and support materials to end users as required.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to improve system performance and resolve application-related issues.
- Prepare and present reports on application performance, system uptime, and other metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
