Manager Operational Strategy

About:


- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive growth, and achieve business objectives.


- Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance organizational performance & help organizations navigate complex challenges and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive successful execution of projects.

- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify potential areas of improvement.

- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

- Support the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA in Operation or General Management with 2-4 Years of Experience in strategy, or operations roles within a Manufacturing Industry is a must.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.

3. Excellent project management and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

4. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

5. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau.

6. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships.

Success Metrics:

1. Achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Successful implementation of strategic initiatives leading to measurable improvements in business performance.

3. Positive feedback from stakeholders on the quality and impact of strategic and operational recommendations.
