Corporate Planning/Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Provide financial leadership and insights to support decision-making at the executive level.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Mergers and Acquisitions

- Lead and manage the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic partnerships.

- Conduct financial due diligence, assess risks, and provide recommendations to the executive team.

- Drive post-merger integration efforts to ensure smooth transitions and maximize value.

Risk Management

- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.

- Implement robust risk management processes to safeguard the financial health of the organization.

Business Expansion

- Market research on the business expansion in various countries.

- Preparing the business case for the board on the business expansion with CEO.

Relationship Management

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA is a must with 2-3 Years of experience in financial/business analysis with a Leading Industrial Conglomerate.

2. Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data.

4. Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

6. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
