Job Description
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to align content with search trends and user intent.
- Optimize website graphics, content, and meta tags to adhere to SEO best practices, improving organic rankings.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance website authority and visibility.
- Create Weekly Newsletters for Email Campaigns, ensuring both visual appeal and keyword optimization.
- Stay updated on trends across social media, emerging platforms, and SEO algorithms for timely content alignment.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaigns that integrate SEO and social media goals.
- Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for website, social media, and print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver visually appealing designs that meet brand standards and objectives.
- Create a range of content formats, including social media posts, digital ads, email graphics, infographics, and animations.
- Plan and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.
- Produce Instagram Reels, combining copywriting, visual direction, and video coordination as and when needed.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on KPIs.
- Engage actively with followers, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 4+ years as a marketing executive or similar role (MBA Marketing Preferred)
- Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. BuzzSumo or Google Trends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Proven experience in Graphics Design, Social Media Management, and/or SEO, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Canva for creating impactful designs.
- Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.
- Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, VN Editor, or similar tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for tracking performance and optimizing strategies.
