Job Description
- Develop and implement batch processing solutions using Siemens Batch to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with manufacturing processes.
- Configure and program Siemens Batch systems, including integration with PLCs, SCADA, and MES systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of batch processes to ensure reliability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to batch processing systems to minimize downtime.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing batch systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
- Conduct training sessions for operational staff on Siemens Batch systems and processes.
- Assist in the creation of user manuals and training materials.
- Familiarity with additional Siemens automation products and technologies.
- Experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or food and beverage is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Siemens Batch or industrial automation technologies.
- Office-based role with occasional site visits to project locations.
- Candidates should be ready to travel as required for project needs.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project timelines.
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Siemens Batch systems in an industrial automation context.
- Strong knowledge of batch processing methodologies and standards.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools (e.g., TIA Portal, STEP 7).
