Finance Analyst

The role of financial analyst supports the management reporting and financial planning for Perceptive. The role is expected to establish itself as a strong business partners to the Finance leaders throughout the Perceptive as well as be a subject matter expert with the P&L. Understanding business drivers behind financial results.

Key Accountabilities:
Business Skills

• Sufficient communication to have an open dialogue with business leaders and team. Ability to support the set up and role out of BU finance and analysis team roll out across the business.
• Produces financial reporting analysis that are timely and logical. Demonstrates a rational and organised approach to work deadlines.
• Supports standardization and harmonization of management reporting.
• Identifies opportunities for further efficiencies. Supports finance related improvement projects.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders.
• A good understanding of the relationship between Revenue and Billing and the ability to work with Project Managers to reconcile project financials.
• Experience of regulated environments
• Solid professional experience in the same or very similar role

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• English: Fluent
