Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate profitability, costs, and other business metrics.
• Collaborate with various departments to prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform detailed cost analyses, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze budget vs. actual financial performance and provide insights on deviations.
• Collect and analyze financial data to assist in decision-making and strategy development.
• Assist in both internal and external audit processes by providing financial documentation and analysis.
• Track company expenditures and ensure adherence to budget limits.
• Assist in creating financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Understanding of startup and M&A financial transactions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budget management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) ,ERP,Tally.
• Ability to analyze financial data and interpret financial models.
• High level of accuracy and thoroughness in managing financial records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
