Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team, to support financial and accounting processes across a variety of businesses and functions. The Financial Analyst will be a critical contributor to the team, focusing on reporting, reconciliations, data analysis and maintaining core processes and reporting across Finance functions. They will also be involved in preparing standardized reporting, reconciliations, engaging cross-functional teams to deliver reports and results, and providing analytical support in general to the Finance Center of Excellence and Business Unit teams.

What you ll do here:

• Perform headcount reconciliations monthly, comparing actuals to budget and forecast scenarios and share findings back to COE and BU Finance teams.
• Create purchase orders and set up in E1 for Technology team.
• Review monthly vendor spend and prepare accruals at month end to be reviewed by Business Unit Finance partners.
• Perform invoice reconciliations to ensure they are aligned with contractual obligations.
• Prepare monthly reminders to all managers who must review and approve timesheets.
• Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis for sales and costs including Operating expenses, Prepub and Capex.
• Monthly reporting to include comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPI), dashboards, analysis of business trends and drivers.
• Develop detailed financial and analytical models to improve insight into business performance.
• Develop reporting packages that support monthly finance, business, and operating reviews; prepare analysis and commentary focused on major trends and provide actionable insights.

Skills youll need here:

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldwith high proven achievement
• Prior experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP experience (e.g. SAP) preferred.
• Experience running end-to-end Financial/Accounting processes and workflows.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SQL, fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI)
• High degree of cross-functional communication skills.
• Able to self-manage progress against milestones and deliverables with a high degree of accountability and personal urgency.
