Job Description
Keertana Gold Loans is looking for Manager - Finance to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures that ensure the integrity and accuracy of the financial information
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and external stakeholders
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes and provide analysis of financial results against the budget
- Provide financial analysis and support to the management team to facilitate informed decision-making
- Manage cash flow and provide recommendations to optimize cash resources
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
