Job Description
Keertana Gold Loans is looking for Manager - HR to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, identifying areas for development and growth.
