Spoken English Trainer & Operations Coordinator

This role is a blend of training and operations, where you will not only coach students to enhance their English fluency but also ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative and sales functions at our institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Spoken English Training:

• Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken English sessions.
• Help students improve fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence.
• Design lesson plans and activities for effective learning.
• Provide constructive feedback to students for continuous improvement.

Operations & Sales Coordination:

• Handle inquiries and convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication.
• Maintain student records and manage administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with trainers and ensure smooth batch execution.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and student engagement activities.

Key Skills Required:

✔ Spoken English Training Ability to teach students effectively and boost their confidence.
✔ Strong Communication Skills Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
✔ Sales & Persuasion Skills – Ability to convince potential students to enroll in our programs.
✔ Multitasking & Coordination – Efficiently manage training, sales, and administration.
✔ Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build rapport with students and clients.
✔ Basic Computer Proficiency – Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
✔ Problem-Solving Attitude – Ability to handle challenges proactively and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in an educational institute or training center is a plus.
