Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients to drive partnerships and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales outreach strategies through emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and cold calls with follow-ups.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-intent leads, targeting key decision-makers.
• Utilize sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and CRM platforms to generate and track leads.
• Conduct cold calls and set up email campaigns to initiate client conversations.
• Travel to client locations when necessary for demos and workplace safety & POSH-related training.
• Learn and understand the revenue-generating aspects of IM SAFE, including workplace safety & POSH-related solutions.
• Conduct product demos and explain workplace safety & POSH-related solutions to prospects.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set sales goals, improve outreach strategies, and track performance metrics.
• Maintain and update CRM systems for efficient lead and account management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers welcome, 1 year of B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive sales results.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and training sessions when required.
