Role & responsibilities

• Handling customers visits at site.
• Coordination with HO regarding customers queries
• Collections from receivable
• Reporting day to day to HO

For BBA Execution -

• BBA Execution in Tehsil.
• Managing customer.
• Handling minor inquiries related to BBA.

Preferred candidate profile

• Someone with around 3 to 8 years of experience in CRM of a Real Estate organisation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flair of handling customers with care.
