Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will manage incoming queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing information about our products or services, troubleshooting issues, and keeping accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires someone who is hardworking, adaptable, and fluent in English to maintain our high standard of customer service.



Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle Customer Inquiries:
    • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
    • Provide accurate and complete information about our products, services, and policies.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up.
    • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Document all interactions and updates in the companys CRM system.
    • Keep track of recurring complaints or issues and propose potential improvements.
  4. Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to facilitate prompt resolutions.
    • Share insights and feedback to help improve internal processes and customer experiences.
  5. Maintain Professionalism:
    • Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all communications.
    • Adhere to company guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and service protocols.
  6. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and noteworthy trends.
    • Maintain thorough and organized documentation for all customer queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in an office setting during designated business hours.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help others.
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
