Customer Service Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers via phone
• Action required tasks and communicate via phone, email, and chats to resolve queries
• Outbound recruitment calls and emails
• Conduct scripted Level 1 interviews on Zoom Video Calls (Training will be provided)
• Resolve or take message and then coordinate with the offshore team to resolve the enquiry
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services
• Data entry in various platforms

Preferred candidate profile

• We do not expect you to have a foreign Accent but you must have EXCELLENT phone Etiquette, English Communication (both Written and Verbal) to be able to efficiently handle our overseas customers and contacts
• No experience required but if you have any American, Australian and European clientele communication experience is advantageous
• Willing to work Normal hours and Australian Timezones or a mix of these two.
