Manager - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential clients.
- Own and deliver on a hunting target aligned with organizational goals.
Sales Funnel Management:
- Independently build and manage a robust sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
CXO Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and negotiations tailored to senior decision-makers.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed an annual sales target of INR 1.5 crores in a target-driven environment.
- Track and report progress against sales KPIs and targets regularly.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the B2B SaaS space.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings and strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, providing regular sales forecasts and updates to leadership.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS product sales, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling HR products or solutions will be a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent ability to independently create and manage sales funnels.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in managing and influencing CXO-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
