Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Global Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new international markets to expand our client base.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Lead efforts to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on global market trends and competitive landscapes to adjust sales strategies.
- 5+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years in global B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets across international markets.
