Associate Product Manager (4-6 yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Associate Product Manager to contribute to the development of new products and features, from ideation to launch.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and enhancing user experiences.

The ideal candidate combines a technical background with expertise in Business Administration or Marketing and has hands-on experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze product requirements to drive development priorities.

- Suggest and implement product enhancements to improve user experience.

- Perform quality assurance controls to ensure product functionality and reliability.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive gaps.

- Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver effective, functional solutions.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure proper promotion and positioning of products.

- Monitor and analyze user feedback post-launch to drive product improvements.

- Create and manage training and support documentation for internal and external users.

- Participate in system configuration to ensure products meet user requirements.

- Monitor and assess competitors to identify trends and potential opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Technical background and understanding of product development processes.

- Proven experience in product management and project lifecycle management.
