Technical Support Engineer (5-8 yrs)

Role : ESB Tech support.

Experience : 5 Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understanding of data transmit mechanism ( SOAP, XML , JSON, REST) & latest trends on APIs.

- Experience in & hands on in DFD, Network flow diagram, Business process flow.

- Ability to understand Enterprise Architecture.

- Ability to deal with info sec team to mitigate reported threats / vulnerabilities. (App Sec).

- Understand the business requirement & re-utilizing the available APIs in order to ensure cost effective service for organization.

- Ability to conduct Peer reviews with Sr Management along with Vendor partner to review the progress & gaps.

- Ability to enhance entire ecosystem & comply all activities as per Bank IT Governance & Compliance.

- Lead module and channel integration projects from inception to implementation phase.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather integration requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

- Create and maintain documentation related to integration processes and API specifications.

- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure functionality and reliability.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. Tech) or equivalent/ BSc. In Computer Science / MCA & MBA holders are also encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in API integration concepts and tools such as Postman.

- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Prior experience in middleware or integration roles is preferred but not mandatory.
