Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Manager located in Hyderabad at PeopleLink Collaboration Inc.

- The Import Export Manager will be responsible for managing communication, export operations, import-export processes, export documentation, and international trade activities.

Qualifications:

- Oversee, manage, and evaluate end-to-end logistics operations with a strong focus on import and export processes, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers.

- Leverage extensive expertise in import/export operations, ensuring seamless international trade by working closely with customs authorities to facilitate accurate documentation, compliance, and clearance procedures.

- Develop and implement industry best practices, policies, and processes to enhance logistics efficiency, optimize costs, and improve overall operational performance.

- Drive strategic solutions for logistics challenges, maintaining high service levels while adhering to budget constraints and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and control key logistics metrics, including quality, quantity, delivery timelines, transportation costs, and customs clearance efficiency.

- Negotiate contracts and secure competitive rates with transportation and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply chain operations.

- Ensure full compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and legal requirements for domestic and international shipments, minimizing risks and delays.

- Proactively resolve transportation, logistics system, and import/export-related issues while upholding high customer service standards.

- Possesses extensive hands-on experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment.
