Job Summary: As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the various industry.
This role involves leading a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of top talent to meet the clients' staffing needs.
The Recruitment Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, manage intake calls, and implement best practices to close the open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor performance against targets.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team effectiveness and professional development.
2. Recruitment Strategy:
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, networking, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about the latest recruitment best practices and industry developments.
3. Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to address staffing challenges and develop proactive solutions.
5. Client Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their hiring needs are understood and met.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations for recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven 8-10+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a people management and client management role.
- Experience hiring for the various industry hiring for IT as well as NON-IT roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
