Role: Sr. Manager TA
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Lead and manage the technology and Cyber Security hiring function, ensuring alignment with business goals and talent needs across multiple regions.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent in technology and data domains, including software engineering, data science, cloud computing, AI, and related fields.
People Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with senior leadership, department heads, and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely delivery of top-quality candidates.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in technology and data hiring to maintain a competitive edge.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Utilize data analytics to monitor hiring metrics, assess performance, and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration.
- 14+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technology and data roles.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing recruitment teams and driving hiring strategy.
- Proven experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of the technology, including emerging trends and skills in demand.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
